One Drop Macaroons!
I (Natalie) was about to post the recipe for those delicious "One Drop Macaroons" I brought to the October potluck, when I realized I could do one better!
This recipe appears in a fantastic free ebook compilation, which is available HERE from the Toronto Vegetarian Association. The ebook is a collection of prize winning recipes from an event I'm proud to have been a part of for the last 5 years: The Totally Fabulous Vegan Bake-Off! This event is a massive baking celebration and competition where Toronto (and area...) businesses and home cooks go head-to-head. The recipes in this ebook are amazing, each and every one a winner.
